Carers and other adults who interact with young children often are unaware that children’s challenging behaviours result from their well-meaning but inappropriate patterns of interactions.
This Workshop has a strong focus on talking with children, rather than the frequently used ‘talking at children’. Strategies are explored that provide participants to become aware of sound communication patterns.
Participants are encouraged to actively participate in this proactive communication workshop.
